| Will I need to transfer to other locations if successful? |
Sheriffs operate provincewide. Although we try to accommodate requests for postings in specific locations, you may be asked to transfer if the operation requires it. |
| Am I paid during my training? |
You will be paid an hourly salary during the seven-week training program. Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be paid a salary with benefits. |
